Every single one of our classes has been recorded in HD and posted on Vimeo for you to watch and learn at your own pace. With Vimeo On Demand, you can pay to watch our Online Video Lessons one lesson at a time. If you have questions along the way, we are here to help you and answer all your questions.

How it works:
- You can access the video lesson by clicking the link above for the level you would like to proceed with, which will take you to Vimeo on Demand.
- If you don’t have a Vimeo account, please sign up for one. All it takes is your name, email, and password. Once completed, enter your payment info via credit card or PayPal, and you will have access to the videos.
- You will have 24 hours to review each lesson, and each lesson is 1 hour long. Therefore, you can feel free to pause, fast forward, rewind, or even stop and return later-whatever you need to do to learn at your own pace and comfort. You can take your time, and continue onto the next lesson whenever you are ready.
- You can always add a one-hour private lesson whenever you need to practice or learn better. Just schedule a private lesson with Dina. She’ll be very happy to help you.
